It was a nice interview where all the technical and soft skills talents are tested in a friendly manner. There were no fear at all when talking with the interviewer. If any point missed out by interviewee, the interviewer will kindly point out and explain it.

Question 1
How do you manage staff under you to get the work done efficiently?
Aangename sollicitatieprocedure. Op het begin een aantal tests die je dient te maken (persoonlijkheidstest, cognitiviteitstest ...). Nadien, indien je tests goed waren, houd je een gesprek met HR. Indien ook dit gesprek goed is gegaan, een executive van desbetreffend departement.

Interview
The process consisted of 3 interviews. HR interview at the beginning, then a technical interview with 2 people a manager and a senior manager. At the end there was an interview with one of the partners. The interview was fair and the people were kind.
