EY Senior Manager interview questions

Completed online application and was contacted within a week to schedule an initial screening call with internal recruiter. Completed and passed this step. Was moved ahead to what would be a series of never-ending 1:1 video meetings through the Hirevue Live platform over a 3-month timeframe. Each week I would receive a scheduling availability request from the EY team to provide open dates to participate in another 1:1 video. Ended up speaking to 8 different people including 2 Partners. At the end I was ghosted by HR. Upon reflection I understood they were only interviewing to build a pipeline for proposed work that did not come to fruition. Very poor from a candidate experience.
