Very lengthy - begins with HR prior to being connected to the division you are applying to work with. Once approved to proceed, the process was very direct regarding work that you would be involved in.

They asked me how I would handle multiple days of travel and more than a typical number of hours per week.
Precise, good, open.
Quick response, includes test before interview.
Some issues with the system of the remuneration calculation, as it is not straight-forward and overall very KPI depended. Thus, to make decision is hard. Also no paid overtime is available for manager and above.
