Interview
The interview process starts with the initial interview from the HR department. The recruiter asks more about your work experiences. How did you perform in your previous job. After the initial interview, you will normally receive a phone call from the HR telling you about the next round of interview. The next interview is normally with the Manager and/or Partner.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at EY (Edmonton, AB)
Interview
The interviewer was super friendly, all the questions were either behavioural or specific to my previous work experience in accounting. After that I had another interview with one of the partners where I only had to answer one tell-me-about-yourself question. I was under the impression that everything went well but I didn't get a call back.
