Elsevier Journal Manager interview questions

Initial interview with HR the week after my application to determine if my work history was a match for the position. Second interview with two hiring managers about a week later to discuss the role, the company, and my compatibility.

I was headhunted by an internal Elsevier recruiter on LinkedIn, I then had a telephone conversation with the recruiter which led to me applying for the role. I was then invited to a F2F interview with three senior managers at their Exeter office. This was followed by a short writing test. I had feedback on my interview within 2 weeks.
