A phone call interview was arranged for a certain time (mine was nearly 2 hour late) and the interview lasted less than 10 minutes. The questions were very much based around sales and sales experience.

-Had face-to-face interview (Warrington), first rang DVLA to confrim I had a clean driving license, asked about my knowledge of the company, then asked typical scripted questions, felt difficult to communicate my personality.
- Branch visit (Crewe) Spent the day shadowing other employees, however spent little time actually communicating with branch manger to demonstrate my skills.

Interviewer was very robotic and despite my CV showing I had zero sales skills she still asked me what sales experience I had and I was subsequently rejected on this lack of experience.....total waste of time.
