I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Bristol, Engeland) in Jan 2017
Interview
Full day from 9:30 till 4. Quite unorganised, one logistics exercise very easy followed by two role play exercises and a final interview at the end, free lunch in the middle was the best part of this unorganised day, managers are busy completing their day to day tasks so have limited time to assess applicants.

Interview
This was a very brief telephone interview stage when the company called up and asked a few questions relevant to my CV and application form. They also asked a couple of competency based questions such as the example below. Overall it was pretty easy and comfortable. I was able to pass to the next stage.

Interview
Application and if successful, invited for a formal one-one interview.
They do really well with time, I arrived early and was called in at My appointment time. They don't do much to relax you if you're nervous, they go straight into the protocol regarding your driving licence and will start by calling DVLA to check any points or convictions, they then ask you for all the documents and don't really make any small talk. I felt the interview was quite cold and when you're trying to inflict passion it becomes hard as you think you're talking to a robot.
