I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Orlando, FL)
Interview
Interview process was very benign. I applied for the position via the website. Then I received an email from the company’s HR department for a screening. The HR department called for a screening.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Londen, Engeland) in Sep 2021
Interview
Thorough and in-depth across a one to on telephone call, followed by a second stage assessment centre. The latter stage of the interview was alone to one with an area manager to discuss CV breakdown, career goals, why apply etc

Interview
The interview process seems great! The interviewers are all very welcoming, nice, and personable. However, the interview process is three interviews long for a trainee position. This is the most extensive interview process I have ever been through... just to rent cars. The first interview is a very basic interview done by a recruiter, they are getting to know you a bit and asking about your previous job experience and how you would handle certain situations at work. The second interview is more in depth about how you would handle certain situations and in this interview they are very interested in seeing how you work as a team player. This interview is conducted by the Area manager and the Branch manager of the branch you are supposed to work at. Working at a daily rental branch consists of a ton of teamwork so this is heavily emphasized in the interviews - hence why they love collegiate athletes. I think most of my second interview was discussing my high school and club soccer teams. The third interview is with someone even higher up in the company and it was pretty basic as well. A lot of repetition in the questions throughout the interviews.
