I had one phone interview with a recruiter and two additional interviews with managers. The process was very quick, and the interviews were pretty straightforward. Be prepared for a variety of questions. The initial screening was 10 mins, my second interview was probably an hour, The last one was around 20-30 mins.

It was a welcoming environment. They were kind and encouraging when answering my questions and the area manager was sweet and easy to speak with. Have to dress professionally and make sure to ask lots of questions to let them see how interested you are in the position. They value sales experience more than anything.
