I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Epic (Boston, MA) in May 2015
Interview
I scheduled a 30 minute interview with the HR representative. Before the interview, they asked me to complete a skills assessment as well as a Rembrandt personality profile. The interviewer called promptly from a blocked number. He was a current project manager and understood the monotony of asking some questions like my GPA and why I am applying for the position but quickly moved to understand who I am and my experiences.
I am very impressed with how efficient and swift the Epic hiring process is. They get back to you within 2 weeks, usually within a week after online submission about setting up a phone interview. The phone interview is with someone who is at the position you are applying for; I got someone very friendly, professional, and informative. In general, this is a quick and smooth process.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Epic in Apr 2015
Interview
Met the recruiter at college career fair, got an email requesting a phone interview, beforehand I had to take a very difficult skills test that took me roughly 2 hours to complete. The following day I had my phone interview and within a couple of days I received an email saying they were pursuing other candidates.
