1. Discussed Epic's strengths in a meeting with candidates and one person who works in Epic. 2. Learned about daily tasks with 1 person, who is software engineer in the Epic. 3. Answered behavior questions with 1 person. 4. Talked with the recruiter about goals.

Very long and a lot of steps. Main barrier is their skills test. Once you get offered an interview, it is mainly learning about the company, as well as a short presentation and discussion with your recruiting manager.
