Epic PM interview questions

1 standard interview round, a very hard in test, then a second round consisting of panel interviews, a case study and a presentation. The second round takes up most of the day. The presentation is over anything you want, and the case study requires you to think very quick on your feet

My long interview day was broken up into 6 sections. - Software Demo - Project Manager Overview with a former PM, able to ask questions - Case Study: Group go-live scenario, worked with a few other people interviewing for the project manager role - Trainer overview - Gave my presentation - Had my one-on-one interview with my recruiter
