Lengthy interviews, was transferred into a interview for a different position during the process with no explanation and mad it to final interview. Was not given feedback after this interview either.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you deal with differing opinions with co-workers?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2024
Interview
It was quick! Recruiter reached out to me and encouraged me to apply, I thought why not? Got invited to take the exam a few days later. The exam is hard, I didn't know it would be an exam when I started, and it took almost 4 hours. A day after the exam, I got an email saying we'll get back within a couple of days to see if we want to give you an interview. Got an email 4 hours later for the interview invite. Interview day was 4 hours. 30 minute presentation on both PM and QM. 45 min case study with a group. 10 min presentation, 30 minute wrap up with recruiter. He asked if I wanted QM or PM more, I said PM. He said I would hear back within 2 weeks. Got PM offer a week later. Overall, pretty chill once you get past the exam but the exam is difficult. I haven't accepted yet but I am planning on deciding after I go to Madison to visit the campus (they will fly you and a guest out!) Leaning more towards yes right now.
During the interview process, we had to sit in on a roll introduction meeting. Followed by a skill assessment which looked at some coding capabilities and general math skills. Then we were selected for a final round interview in which we asked more questions about our previous experience and how we thought we would fit into the epic ecosystem
