I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
beware the skills assessment can take up to 2 hours and it feels like a standardized test. I recognized some LSAT style logic questions, and some math logic questions. I was not expecting such a long online assessment however I think it is for the best as there is only one interview conducted by a person after this.

Question 1
They asked me logic questions such as assumption questions for example they would give me a statement and then say "what can you infer from this statement". It wasn't super hard but I would make sure you are feeling sharp and energized the day of the test. They also had a large section where they make up a coding language and give you rules and test you on the rules they give you. It was a little odd but somewhat fun for me as I have CS experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Nov 2023
Interview
In the order listed, there was an online app, several analytical tests that were online (2 hr total), group interviews with your recruiter and a project manager (4 hours), discussion with recruiter on expectations.
