I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Oct 2019
Interview
It was relatively chill, met a recruiter at my university's career fair and then conducted a phone interview and skills assessment. Then got invited to do the in-person interview in Madison, where there were many recruits and did a dinner with an Epic employee the night before.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
Currently in the interview process, but had a phone call screening that lasted about 20 minutes with basic behavioral questions. Then, they followed up saying I was still being considered, and to complete a personality test and skills assessment. Shortly after, they emailed that I would be shown to an on-site interview, with a full day of interviews. I am awaiting my interview date now.
Easy and Relaxed. I was emailed by a recruiter and asked for a phone interview once I applied. After the phone interview, I took a skill assessment. The skills assessment wasn't hard. Still waiting on my on-site interview
