I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Sep 2019
Interview
Epic has interviews down to a science. Not only is the highly organized entire day on their campus designed to see if you fit what they are looking for in an employee, but it's also to impress you. The night before the interview you'll go out to dinner with a group of fellow interviewees and an Epic employee so that you can learn about the company in a relaxed setting. The next day is jam packed, and you meet with 10-12 different Epic employees, give a presentation, do some role playing in stressful situations, meet with HR, and tour the campus.

Question 1
I was paired with another interviewee, given a stressful situation, asked to solve the problem in 20 minutes, and give a presentation to an Epic employee who was posing as a customer.
First need to apply through official website and then will be phoned if they are interested. Friendly and patient phone interviewer. If selected, need to travel to Madison to get physically interviewed.
It’s a phone interview to see compatibility. Then you have to do the online assessment to test your ability to learn. It is straightforward and not very difficult. You don’t need to know anything about coding.
