I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Mar 2019
Interview
The first interview is very basic with a higher up regional manager. He asked a lot of behavioral/situational questions to get a feel of how I would act in certain situations. The next step in the process is a skills assessment and personality test. The personality test only takes about 20 minutes but the skills assessment is a proctored exam that lasts over an hour testing speed and intellectual ability. Seemed very over the top.

Interview
After submitting the application initial contact is made, from there - an extensive assessment process, followed by a lengthier phone interview, and then an invitation to headquarters. The phone call was pretty casual, plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
