I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Epic in Oct 2014
Interview
All applicants must complete a Rembrandt Profile, which is essentially a personality/company fit test. It's straight forward and has a couple of easy IQ questions. The skills assessment test is far more difficult and time consuming. You have 3 hours to finish, but the test is graded on accuracy and speed. The skills assessment consist of the four following sections: grammar, critical reading, math/problem solving, and programming.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Epic (Houston, TX) in Oct 2014
Interview
After applying through the Epic website, I received an email offering a phone interview. I was also asked to complete a skills and personality test. The former was through ProctorU, an online test proctoring service while the latter was simply an online test. The interview itself was with an individual from the quality assurance team and did not work in HR. We had an hour phone conversation that was quite enjoyable as we shared plenty of interests.
