I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Jun 2020
Interview
The interview process itself was a long and a little drawn out. There were multiple steps throughout and it somewhat seemed repetitive. It was hard to think of questions to ask at each stage. Everyone was very polite and helpful though.
The interview involved a phone screening, a competency exam involving verbal and quantitative sections, a programming-based exam (no prior knowledge of code required - just seeing how you pick up and organize information in a programming-based format). After that, there was an on-campus interview day involving some sessions discussing the software itself and role itself, a case study mainly involving prioritizing different types of work and handling difficult interpersonal situations, and then a final HR interview. All in all, a good and well organized experience.

Question 1
Q: Describe 5 things you are and 5 things you are not
After a phone screen, I took a remote logic/brain teaser test. Then I was invited to the campus to do a couple interviews on campus. One of the interviews was giving a presentation on whatever I wanted to and the other was more behavioral.
