It was a telephone conversation that lasted about 25 minutes. A woman from the department half of the time talked about the company, everything went in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
This is a great company with good benefits and immediately wanted to work in it.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Jan 2020
Interview
Contacted by a recruiter who saw my resume on Handshake. Set up an initial phone interview which was about 15 minutes and discussed why Epic and if I was willing to relocate. Invited to an in person interview at their headquarters. The in person interview process was long but allowed me to see what a day in the life at Epic would be like.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Chapel Hill, NC) in Oct 2019
Interview
Online supervised testing and several phone calls.
I first met a person in a job fair, then I was contacted and an initial phone call was set up. After the call, I had to take a personality and aptitude test (via online testing service with a monitor watching me).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions about my experience, questions about how I work in teams, what my expectations would be starting a new position, questions about my attitude regarding moving to Madison. I think they were mainly trying to get a sense of culture fit.
