I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Oct 2022
Interview
After reaching out to a recruiter at a college job fair, passing a skills assessment and personality test, I was invited to a 3.5 hour zoom interview. It consisted of a 1 hour company overview and software demo, followed by a different meeting of the QM position. These two parts were more relaxed and informational. In the meeting going over the job duties, I was asked what process of the job seemed interesting. After this, I had a different meeting/case study with just one senior QM, we had a chance to first talk briefly about what she liked about the job and Epic. Then I did the case study, I stressed about it a lot at first but it wasn't bad. After that was a different interview with HR, I was asked "Why Epic?" Overall I thought the interview went well, there seemed to be a lot of steps but everyone was nice along the way.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Aug 2022
Interview
Two meetings about the company and software. A case study on potential issues one may face in this position. A 10 minute presentation on the topic of the interviewee's choice and then the interview

Interview
Long extensive, final interview everyone was very nice and encourages you to ask a lot of questions. Assessment takes a few hours. No phone interview just went straight to Assessment after application but it took a few days to a week to hear back after the assessments
