FDM Group Consultant interview questions

In the AC, we were 8 people. It was made clear from the beginning that everyone who fit the expectations can get a job and not only a certain percentage. In the beginning we got a cognitive test, afterwards there was a personal interview with an hr employee which had a very relaxed atmosphere and was more of a get-to-know each other and to find out what the applicant wants and expects in his future job. No "mean" questions. As a last task we had to work on a very simple case study and present it. There presentation skills and the presented results were assessed. All in all it was a very respectful and fair process.
