The whole process is fast. HR will contact first and schedule a phone interview. Later will schedule video interview which will ask about your personality and how to handle things and logistic test. Then interview in their office.

The interview process at no point actually tested my technical skills and was more focused on your ability to respect FDM seniors and clients. It felt very repetitive and came across as very sketchy of what they actually wanted, or how they were going to treat their hires. Being offered poor pay for where I was gonna be living, and ultimately not hiring me for the type of work I had applied for. The most technical part of the interview was a basic math and logic quiz.
