I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at FDM Group (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2018
Interview
First, I got a phone interview, and the recruiter asked me about 4-5 tech-questions that are basic knowledge. BTW, the recruiter's accent is British English. Then, she gave me a logic-test and a video interview with behavior questions, and I had to do it in 3 days. The logic test was easy, but I hate speaking in front of the camera which let me feel nervous and embarrass.

Question 1
Behavior questions: your hobby, what would you do when you face a problem, your strength, etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (Londen, Engeland) in Jul 2018
Interview
I had to go through a call screening, video interview and an assessment day. Most challenges concerning technical ability weren't hard, what I would focus on more is perfecting the answers you say when being interviewed. They do emphasise that the strength-based interviews on the assessment day mean the most and i agree. You can certainly prepare for them though by creating a list of opportunities you have had and then trying to associate them with the particular strength they are asking about.
