Question 1
Explian your understaning of the Transact application
Initial phone screen with the recruiter, followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager + a few 1:1s with the team. I highly prefer when I'm able to speak with the team as well, whether virtually or onsite. I didn't receive a tour but it's a very secure building so I think they save that for day 1.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FIS (Jacksonville, FL) in Feb 2023
Interview
The interview process was smooth and well-organized, with clear communication throughout. The team was professional and respectful, and the questions covered a good mix of leadership and technical topics. While some parts felt a bit generic and post-interview feedback was limited, overall it was a solid and respectful experience.
