The interview process was quick and really straightforward. There was an initial phone screening which was really brief and then an additional in-person interview with 3 people who rotated in and out and interviewed me one-on-one.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at FareHarbor in May 2019
Interview
Got an email for a first round interview with an HR person, Quite a poor interviewer really who asked me the same question 3 times and I kept repeating myself which sounded ridiculous. Also she was so hung up on why I am moving around in my previous roles between countries, she doesn't seem to get that people who work in the travel space move around between different countries according to the opportunity and their passion. Freedom of movement is a right that people use to develop themselves on different levels, not just for holidays. No questions in depth, overall rushed, my advice to the HR team is to record their calls and listen to it afterwards cause that was one of the most bizarre calls I had and I have been in this industry for some time with exposure to big brands and starts up.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FareHarbor (Amsterdam) in Apr 2019
Interview
Overall the processes lasted one month. First screening call, then I have been invited for a call of 1hour and a half with 4 team members. After that, I received an assignment for analyzing around 11 websites. During the last call, I have been asked a few questions regarding my assignement and we tried to simulate a call with a client.
