FedEx Driver interview questions

just general questions about my experience and job expectations, they asked if i was capable of using a map, did I know my directions. I also spoke about wanting to seek further opportunities in management.

Phone interview and then a one on one interview with a hiring manager. Had to take a driving test. The driving test consisted of driving around for about 30 minutes. After the driving test I had to fill out more paper work and I was informed that I got the job.
