I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx
Interview
Cattle call with very little actual information given about what to really expect. Didn't explain where the interview would take place in the building. Could have asked more questions about expectations.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at FedEx (Houston, TX) in Aug 2018
Interview
I applied on a Wednesday. Got a call back from a recruiter on Friday of the same week. Asked some basic pre-screening questions and then invited me to come in the following Tuesday for a facility tour/sort observation . It was early (4:30 am) so I slept in my car nearby. Wasn’t tryna miss this, lol. Answered a few questions (the same ones asked on the initial phone screen) and was sent off to do drug screen. I had to wait, though, because none of the clinics in town are open at 5 am. Now I’m just waiting back (1 week later). I’ll update if Glassdoor let’s me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
This is a physical position which may have you exposed to certain weather conditions on a daily basis—will you be able to work? (Something like that).
I applied online. I interviewed at FedEx (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2017
Interview
Same question as always. Unrelated questions. I felt uncomfortable and ill at ease. The person who interviewed seemed occupied with other issues. The facility was difficult to locate and I was almost late.
