It was for an internship position and it was by far the most interactive interview I have ever had. They had me introduce myself then asked me a couple of questions about my work experience and after that it was just them asking me to ask them questions about the job. Interview lasted for about 25 mins.

Interview
Easygoing, friendly, casual. Basic questions such as 'tell me about yourself'. Videocall (microsoft teams) with employee and manager. Some questions about my cv and motivation. It was more so a conversation, rather than one-sided questioning.

Interview
Formal person to person interview with a professional pilot from the company. Very well spoken and was able to present a relaxing atmosphere that made the interview easier to complete. I would work for this company again in the future.
