JD was very generic and did not include much details at all. I found it difficult to explain what interested me in this role when asked about it during the interview as the JD provided little to no information on it. I also thought that the interview process could have easily been optimised by being more selective about the shortlisted candidates in the earlier rounds, rather than having multiple subsequent rounds after the first round of interviews.
