I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at FedEx (Kennesaw, GA) in Jun 2017
Interview
I had two interviews and they ask you a question about something you didnt like at a previous job and 3 BAR( Background, action, result) questions. They are looking for you to describe the scenario, the action you took, and the result of your action. Then ask you if you have any questions.

They use the "STAR" method of interviewing where you respond to behavioral interview questions.
