Forrester Account Manager interview questions

I felt very uncomfortable and disappointed towards the end of my phone screening interview. The interviewer mentioned Forrester's expectation that all employees are to have undergone a particular medical intervention. It's sad that they shamelessly have the audacity to make my personal wellness decisions their business. I feel that this is discrimination against anyone not having undergone this procedure, and even more so because I did not hear a word back from them.
