I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Forrester in Feb 2019
Interview
First there was a screening call with a HR rep. I then spoke with the hiring manager and then a Sydney based consultant. each interview was pretty straight forward and feedback was provided at all stages. Overall it was very professional and a great interview experience.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Forrester in Jul 2018
Interview
3 rounds of interview, in addition to a screening call with the recruiter.
I felt really supported throughout the process - it had a very "we are interested in hiring you - try not to prove us wrong" vibe, rather than an aggressive "tell me why I should hire you" situation that I get from interviewing elsewhere.
Had to present a case study as the third / final stage of the interview process as well.

Question 1
Standard questions on my past experience, why I was interested in the role, and some behavioral questions too
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Forrester (Cambridge, MA) in Aug 2018
Interview
I will start by saying that I had an excellent experience interviewing with Forrester. Each member of the team was warm, welcoming, and professional. It was highly organized and one of the more polished and streamlined interviews I've experienced.
I applied through a referral. Shortly after I submitted my application, I had a short phone screen with a recruiter (30 mins) to discuss my interest in the role and expectations for salary. The recruiter was forthcoming and knowledgable about the responsibilities of the position. I then had a phone screen/brief interview with the hiring manager (45 mins).
I then interviewed at the Cambridge headquarters with 5 members of the consulting team in individual sessions. The interview was approx. 3 hours long, and I received my offer the following morning. The entire process was 2 weeks from start to finish.
My only constructive feedback is that I did not have a chance to speak with a team member in the role that I applied for. However, each member of the team was well-prepared and exceptionally bright and personable. I felt relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
