Four interviews so far, has been great conversation and I think the next round is a presentation. They ask very behavior oriented questions, but they are still fairly natural and easy-going. Still waiting on next round

Question 1
Can you describe a time you had to persuade someone?
I applied online. I interviewed at Forrester in Nov 2019
Interview
The interview process was well organized. The recruiter responded quickly throughout the process and after each round of interview, the interviewer would give you some insight into what to expect in the next round. The interview process at Forrester is what you wish every interview experience would be! It is handled so well and everyone is so respectful - one of the most positive interview experiences to date.
First round- 30 mins on the phone with internal recruiter
Second round- 45 mins on the phone with hiring manager
Third round- 3 interviews with team member at different levels, each 30 mins
Fourth round- an in person presentation
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
First round: review of resume and skills to see if I had the right experience.
2nd and 3rd Rounds:
- How do you adapt your communication style based on the audience (give examples of times you have done that)
- Questions regarding on-boarding in my different roles
- Questions on project management
- Dealing with difficult clients and how I handled that in my past roles
- Attention to detail
- Handling different priorities
- What drives you/ what makes you get out of bed every day
Phone Interview - The person who conducted the interview seems to be based in India who handles APAC region. He was very arrogant and rude. I would not want to be working for a company where the HR is only bothered at getting a person at minimum salary hire to do the job and recruiter was a red flag as to how potential managers and company is functioning. Recruiter is also suppose to sell the company. He certainly sold the company in a negative way. When time to ask questions, he said there is only 5minutes to ask questions. There is no mutual respect. The call did not start per schedule due to the recruiter. Very bad experience.
I appreciate you taking the time to provide your input. What you describe is not the experience we intend to provide to any candidate, so I apologize your experience was not positive. I'd like to ask a few follow up questions if you happen to be willing to discuss further. I can be reached at jkelly@forrester.com . Thank you again.
