Foundever Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

It was a fairly easy interview. I honestly enjoyed the interview. They didn't give me a hard time. It was an increase in pay. We submitted information on the internet first. We took a typing test. It wasn't hard. I love my co workers the most.

Basic. Useless HR questions, they basically want to see if you're not a complete freak. Ask you what you know about their clients. One good point though: people are nice.
