Submit online application, if you are selected, they will call you to conduct a phone interview (they will ask you basic questions like your availability, why you applied for the position, are you interested in a full time or part time position etc.), if you are selected, they will call you for a face to face interview where they will have a basic coversation with you (i.e. ask a few questions that shows that you have some basic understanding of customer service). After that, they will ask you to take a quick 'writing test' on desktop. If you are selected, you will be asked to start a paid training. Once you graduate from the training, you will start the job

The hiring and interview process was really easy. First there was a recruiter call over the phone then an in office group interview then a one on one interview. You then go through your background check and drug screening process and wait for classes to start.
