Foundever Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

First step is hours of waiting for your turn given a seemingly unending stack of applicant forms. Initial interview is 1 to 1 and duration varies from 10 to 30 mins. It's followed by a group interview of 3 applicants. Successful applicants in this stage will then wait for confirmation of interview slot with OM which is usually within the hiring week and involves a lot of wasted hours waiting.
