Foundever Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Very friendly, upfront about open availability. Good screening as far as placing candidates with a campaign that will build a strong team. Helpful and positive. One of the only interviews I have had that I felt comfortable with and not being looked at with a wicked critical eye. I only hope the good impression lasts. The email communications that were sent to the applicants, were delivered quickly and instructions were clear. The typing test is very simple and they were not so stringent that if nerves were an issue, retests were allowed. A background check is required and also a drug test. 5 to 7 days for the background check and the drug testing has to be completed within a 72 business hour time frame. All very reasonable.

I applied in Starkville,Ms. I went to the building where I was followed up on a typing test to figure out my typing speed and was required to watch a company video that related to the position that I was applying for. I had a ten to fifteen minute wait for my interview and it lasted 15-20 minutes and went alright.
