Foundever Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Short application pre-test. The Interview was scheduled immediatly after completing application via email. Phone interview the next day and was offered position at the end of the phone call. Recruiter was very pleasant and informative and even texted me details afterwords to clarify job.
