Foundever Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

It was online assesment,once you complte the assesment, you will be asked to schedule a HR interview if cleared nad HR interview was so basic and once it is done, it will take 1 week to get an offer

I applied online and one week later had an informal call with the recruitment team. I was scheduled for a telephone interview the next day. Following my success here, I was then invited to a 3 hour assessment day where an interview was conducted, role play and a brief introduction to the client.
