Regular, they were nice enough and the testing was quite easy. Competency based questions with a HR manager, the team leader and the account manager - no standard answers needed.
The interview is conducted in the following format. Several questions are asked where you play a pre-recorded video asking the question. You are then given a brief period to think about an answer and several opportunities to record your answer. Written questions and a few games are part of the process as well. All of this is laid out well and straightforward.
