Foundever Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I was given a virtual interview with the company. It was a very easy process and you get multiple tries on the recorded portion of the questions. Super easy process.

The interview process was simple, you start with the phone interview where they test your language skills and ask you basic questions about your career and what do you know about call centers. They tell you whether you're accepted to come to the real interview or not. In the real one they give you quizzes depending on the language you're applying to and an interview with the manager.
