Foundever Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Got a call after submitting resume. Was asked a little about myself and asked if I wanted to do the initial phone interview now or another time. Did the interview and filled out some information online for background check and to do the drug test. Took the drug test and filled out more paperwork online confirmed my availability and the internet check and then started training a few weeks later

It was different. I just entered the virtual meeting room and an overview of the company was provided. I was asked to come back with my camera functioning to provide the ability to view me.
