Foundever Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Phone interview that only lasted about 15 minutes with easy questions and was then offered the job at the end of the call. However, dude to error on their part they didn’t send out the onboarding email in time to start training on the specified date

To sum it up, it wasn't really difficult as you could have an interview through the phone without the need of face to face. The questions given weren't really difficult which is to be expected because of the position.
