There were various interviews and 2 panels. The interview was difficult. The questions had nothing to do with the job and it was complicated. Overall I did not have the best experience

Describe a time you had a conflict on a team—what did you do?
Difficult, many rounds to clear and many different interviewers that have different types of interview styles which makes it hard to prep ahead of time. Then I had to meet with HR several times as well before I could confirm my decision.
