1 HR basic screening call with 3 interview rounds. They tested general cognitive abilities, leadership, role related knowledge, and culture related questions. GCA is similar to consulting questions, while the others are situational/behavioural questions

Tell me about a time you stepped into a group and drive a successful outcome
Multiple rounds of interview are the norm. Be prepared to share your work experience in detail. You'll be asked about cross functional work, any mentoring experience, performing in pressure managing multiple projects just as a few examples. The AM role is quite demanding so they want to vet people manage numerous stakeholders and projects all at once.
