A/B Testing: Assessing your ability to design experiments, perform statistical analysis, and interpret results. Modeling: Evaluating your knowledge and practical skills in machine learning or statistical modeling (e.g., feature engineering, model selection, performance evaluation). 1 round of Googliness & Leadership interview

The recruiters at Google do a great job explaining the entire interview process, and provide a handbook with details on preparation materials. The interviews themselves are technical but very conversational/interactive in nature.
