Went in sat down and didn't see anyone. Preliminary screening and I was not interested. People were nice and I had a blast. I did not choose to pursue anything after.
Application and Resume Review: Candidates start by submitting their resumes and job applications to the company. This initial step helps employers screen applicants based on their qualifications and relevant experience. Phone Screening: Some companies conduct a brief phone screening interview to get a better sense of the candidate's background, motivation, and basic qualifications. This step helps filter out candidates who may not be a good fit early in the process. Initial Interview: The first in-person or video interview is often conducted by a recruiter or HR representative. It is designed to assess a candidate's overall fit for the company and the role. This interview may include questions about the candidate's background, career goals, and basic skills. Technical or Skills Assessment: Depending on the role, candidates may be asked to complete a technical or skills assessment. For example, developers might be given coding challenges, while designers may be asked to present a portfolio or complete a design task. This step helps assess the candidate's practical abilities.
