I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Google (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2026
Interview
Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn, then recruiter phone screening, round round 2 (2 part). walk through resume, tell me about yourself, tell me a time you had worked cross functionally with outreach.

Question 1
this was just the recruiter call but i made it to the 1st official round. walk through resume, tell me about yourself, tell me a time you had worked cross functionally with outreach.
the process is very fast. i got 4 rounds of interview within 2 weeks, and got the feedback right after each round of interviews. sometimes its depends on the chemistry between you and the interviewer.
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.
