I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Google (Dublin, Dublin) in Sep 2018
Interview
6 interviews. First with recruiter, second with team member, third with another team member. Fourth with 1st manager, fifth with 2nd manager en sixth interview with team member.
The interview with the manager was hard, but with the team members doable. Just prepare well.
On-site interview is on General Cognitive Knowledge (expect 4 questions about previous work situations). Another on Leadership + Googleyness (google this). Last one on role related knowledge.
Answering questions in STAR structure, very important! Also, be very structured and numerical in your answers.

Interview
Organised , 2-3 rounds , more about media experience and more follow-up questions … last few minutes for questions to hiring manager … confident answer in STAR method is best way to proceed
They have a very well-structured hiring process and scheduling interviews was incredibly easy and convenient. The recruiter was super friendly throughout our entire interaction, and they thoughtfully provided post-interview feedback to me, which I greatly appreciated receiving.
